In response to the draft minutes...

Lynne pointed out that Motion I and Action i) should mention that she was to contact Jody Robinson first to see how much information he already has. She also thought the document referred to in Motion III was a noise and vibration update, but that document is clearly headed, "Noise Update."

Jennifer commented that, "Item IV. On the 2nd point, it is my recollection that the emphasis was on finding out more about Metrolinx's process for the "voluntary pre-condition surveys" She also asked do we really want the full RFP documents as these may be very large. My own feeling about the latter is that rather than try to be specific about which part we want (description of work to be performed), which could be challenging, we are better to have the whole thing and then find the portion we want within it. Besides, there might be some very interesting information in other parts of the document as well.
